The rental fee for the Hop & Vine Room is $75 and must be remitted by check only. Payment is due on or before the date of your event. Please make checks out to "MB&WWA." MB&WWA staff will follow up with a separate invoice.

You are responsible for selecting a caterer and coordinating all related arrangements, including food and non-alcoholic beverages. You may use the caterer of your choice and must provide all necessary service items (e.g., cups, utensils, serving dishes, etc.). Catering may arrive no more than 45 minutes prior to your event start time. If extenuating circumstances arise, please contact Bre Swift in advance. Please note that the kitchen is for storage only and is not certified for commercial use.

Will you require access to a computer for a PowerPoint, video, etc.?

To minimize technical issues, please send any slideshows or digital displays to Bre Swift at least 24 hours in advance. While we understand last-minute circumstances and will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee proper setup or functionality without sufficient notice.

By checking the above box, I acknowledge that I have read the below statement and agree to the Hop & Vine Room Policy. I understand that the use of the Hop & Vine Room does not constitute as an endorsement by the MB&WWA and that the room is available to all incumbents and candidates or for caucus events. I also understand that cleaning up the room is my responsibility or that of my caterer. I understand that beer and wine are provided for evening events only and will refrain from self-serving out of respect for MB&WWA's liability. I agree to refrain from rearranging furniture and return the room as I found it, and to be respectful of MB&WWA staff and wrap up my event at its scheduled ending time.
