PUBLIC AFFAIRS COORDINATOR

Mark has been with the MB&WWA since September 2022. He is focused on new opportunities in the non-alcoholic sphere, including marihuana-infused beverages. He works with member companies on regulatory and legislative action to ensure the MB&WWA remains a leader and is proactively shaping this evolving market. Mark has a B.A. in Political Science from Calvin University. Before coming to the MB&WWA, Mark worked in the Michigan Legislature for over a decade. Most recently, he was Deputy Director of the Republican Constituent Relations Department in the Michigan House of Representatives. 

Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and their two rescue dogs. He is an avid Chicago Cubs fan and, for some reason, finds immense joy in running, with three half marathons under his belt. When it comes to his go-to drink order, Mark is always game to try a new canned cocktail.
